I visited Cathy in 2018, when at my lowest point. I feel that Cathy saved my life. She is gifted in understanding the person that is in front of her. I honestly say she actually heard me and responded in a way that no one else has. Cathy then taught me so I could learn, heal, and progress. The healing I mentioned is permanent, a life changing healing. I am forever grateful for her.

Cathy is one of the most outstanding counselors I have met to this date and in fact, my whole life. I am more than just lucky to have her counsel, my life is blessed to have her in it. Cathy is very caring, understanding and without judgments. She is truly kind, and honestly, I just can't say enough good about her because of all the good she's done for me.

Tough times, yeah, who hasn't had those this last year of 2020? Things around me are getting worse but I'm not.

Twice weekly sessions with Cathy were immediately productive helping me recognize and start overcoming some paralyzing thinking and behaviors on my part.  Her style is a nice combination of professional and nurturing.
